Business innovation Conference in Riga

In School of Business Administration Turiba is inviting you to the Conference “CHALLENGING INNOVATION – CREATING SYNERGY BETWEEN EDUCATION AND BUSINESS”. Conference will take place on 22nd of September in School of Business Administration Turiba, Graudu street 68, Riga, Conference room Nr.2 (Central building) at 9:30. 

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Innovation and new ways of thinking and “doing” nowadays is one of the most important parts of successful business. It is not important is this small or big company, is it dynamic or very traditional business sector, companies have to present new and competitive offers for their clients.

But how to find new business ideas and how to become innovative? How the School can prepare creative and innovative person who can run innovative company or who can work in such company? What skills are needed? What methods can be used in teaching process? What ways of learning?

During the conference we would like to talk about innovation from different aspects. What is innovation? Do we really understand this term in the same way? During conference experienced lecturers from Turiba will present their ideas about innovation, Finish expert will talk about innovation around Baltic Sea and in Finland. Speakers will highlight new generation trends, will talk about future of education.
Second part of the conference will be dedicated to highlight examples and tell success stories. Representatives from different companies will tell their experience how they succeed, what was the secret how they created new and competitive products in different markets. We invited companies who operate in very conservative markets and such which developed very unique products. Companies from different sectors and fields.
